Common Questions for Therapy Specialties
What therapy specialties do you offer?
I specialize in burnout and chronic stress, anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, relationship concerns, young-adult development, and major life or identity transitions. These concerns often overlap, so treatment is organized around your particular patterns and goals rather than forcing you into one category.
Do I need to know which specialty fits before contacting you?
No. Many clients experience a combination of anxiety, depletion, overthinking, relationship strain, and identity disruption. A consultation and initial assessment can help clarify which concerns are primary and whether my experience and approach fit what you need.
Do you work only with high-achieving professionals?
No, although high-achieving and highly responsible adults are a central focus of my practice. I also work with students, caregivers, parents, and adults in transition whose distress may be hidden by competence, responsibility, or an ability to keep functioning.
Do you provide couples, family, or child therapy?
No. My current clinical practice is individual therapy for adults. I can address relationship and family patterns within an adult’s individual treatment, but I am not currently providing conjoint couples therapy, family therapy, or child treatment.
Are specialty services available outside Denver?
Yes. Services are provided by secure telehealth to eligible adults physically located in Colorado and, when authorized and clinically appropriate, in participating PSYPACT jurisdictions.
