I am a licensed Psychologist based in Denver, CO and I help young and middle aged adults struggling with anxiety, burnout and life transitions regain vitality and effectiveness in their lives.

If you’ve found yourself here, you might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or simply unsure how to navigate the complex emotions and stressors life keeps throwing your way. You may be functioning well on the outside—taking care of others, performing at work, meeting responsibilities—but internally, you’re exhausted or a shell of yourself. If that resonates, you are not alone, and you are in the right place.

Perhaps you struggle with anxious thoughts about your career path, you feel stuck in a challenging relationship with loved ones, or you experience an overall loss of purpose or meaning in your life. Maybe you feel exhausted by the daily grind or frustrated that you aren't making headway like you thought you would be. You probably see how this negatively affects you, your important relationships, or how you "show up" in all of your roles. Now more than ever, people like you are experiencing increased stress, overwhelm and are just simply burnt out with their lives. You're trying so hard to overcome your difficulties and it doesn't seem to ease.

My virtual therapy practice is known throughout the Denver Metro Area for providing evidence-based and tailored care to those who are struggling with high stress, anxiety, burnout, and life transitions. While I am based in the Mile High City, I work with clients across the U.S. My practice serves clients across the Denver Metro area and in 41 other states through secure virtual therapy. I work with high-performing young and middle-aged adults—busy professionals, dedicated caregivers, and achievement-driven individuals—who are ready to transform themselves and reclaim their vitality. While they’re outwardly successful, many feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or unsure how to take the first step toward meaningful change. I can help you cultivate healthy habits and connect to your purpose in life. Together, we will find ways to help you live with inspiration and intention.

The motto of my practice,"Understand. Inspire. Heal. Transform." is encompassed across all aspects of our work together. I believe that healing happens not in spite of our identities, but through them—and that a therapeutic relationship should feel like a space where you are seen, heard, and supported in the fullness of who you are. I offer secure virtual and in-person sessions throughout the Denver Metro Area (and beyond), so you can get the support you need—on your schedule, from wherever you feel most comfortable. My goal is simple: to help you leave therapy with practical skills, renewed motivation, and a clear path to the life you want. If you’re ready to trade chronic overwhelm for calm focus, let’s connect and start your journey back to vitality.

The Heart of My Work

At its core, therapy is not just about symptom relief. It’s about reconnection—with yourself, with your values, and with the life you long to live. My greatest joy as a psychologist is walking alongside clients as they reclaim their clarity, soften their self-criticism, and step into greater confidence and alignment.

I strive to create a therapeutic space that feels both warm and straightforward, where you are met with genuine compassion and clear, honest feedback. My approach blends evidence-based interventions—ACT, CBT, and mindfulness—with an inspiring, collaborative process: together, we clarify your values, set meaningful goals, and take manageable steps toward the life you want to live. You can count on direct guidance when it’s needed—whether that’s naming unhelpful thought patterns or encouraging you to lean into discomfort—while always feeling supported and celebrated for each bit of progress. Above all, our work is a partnership: I walk alongside you, honoring your unique story and strengths, and inspiring you to cultivate resilience, clarity, and authentic connection in every part of your life.

It is a profound gift to be able to do this work. I am continually inspired by the resilience, insight, and courage of the individuals I work with—and I would be honored to support you on your path to healing and growth. Please visit my About page to learn more about me.

Therapy Services in Colorado and Beyond

I specialize in using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based Interventions to support clients in learning how to respond more flexibly to their internal experiences. Rather than fighting their thoughts and feelings—or getting swept away by them—my clients learn how to notice, accept, and skillfully work with their minds and emotions in order to live with more clarity, energy, and authenticity.

What Does That Actually Mean?

It means that I use structured, scientifically validated approaches—but always in a way that is personalized to you. Here’s a glimpse of how that may look:

  • With ACT, we focus on helping you move toward what truly matters, even when discomfort shows up along the way. Together, we identify your core values, uncover where you're stuck in avoidance or struggle, and help you take small, sustainable actions that reconnect you with purpose.

  • With CBT, we explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are interconnected. You’ll learn how to identify unhelpful patterns—like self-criticism, catastrophizing, or perfectionism—and begin to shift them in ways that support your mental and emotional well-being.

  • With mindfulness, we practice coming into the present moment—noticing what is happening internally and externally with openness rather than judgment. This is not about becoming “zen” or fixing everything. It’s about building awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience in the face of life’s inevitable challenges.

These approaches are powerful on their own—and transformational when combined. Whether you are recovering from burnout, looking for anxiety therapy, navigating identity shifts, or a major life transition, these methods help you build psychological flexibility, emotional clarity, and lasting change.

Areas of Specialty

Many of the individuals I work with are seeking therapy for anxiety because they’ve hit a wall. They’re often driven professionals, over-functioners, high-achievers, and committed caregivers who have spent years being the “strong one” or the “go-to person.” But now their bodies and minds are saying: something has to shift.

My areas of clinical focus include:

  • Burnout and chronic overwhelm
You may be exhausted, emotionally numb, and unable to find rest—even when you're not “doing.” Therapy offers a space to break free from the cycle of overwork and disconnection, and to begin restoring energy, meaning, and self-trust.

  • Life transitions and identity shifts
Whether it's parenthood, marriage or divorce, career changes, loss, or moving into a new stage of life, transitions can unsettle your sense of self. We’ll work to reclaim your internal compass and redefine what wholeness looks like for you.

  • Anxiety and persistent stress
Anxiety often shows up in the form of racing thoughts, overthinking, physical tension, and a constant feeling of “not enough.” I help clients understand their stress responses, develop practical coping strategies, and learn how to relate to their anxiety in a more empowering way.

  • Trauma
Many clients carry pain from the past that continues to shape their present experiences; and some have experienced events in their lives that have altered their sense of safety and personhood. Through an evidence-based trauma-informed lens, we’ll work gently and safely to increase regulation, process difficult experiences, and build an embodied experience of security and agency.

CONSULTATION SERVICES

My consultation and training services include the provision of clinical supervision and mentorship to select Psychologists-in-training and to those at the post-doctoral level. I also provide consultation services to mental health centers, clinical practices and other clinicians regarding program implementation and evaluation, outcomes measurement, and program curriculum development. If you are a clinician seeking consultation on cases using ACT, CBT and mindfulness frameworks, please connect with me to learn more.
